Library of Congress employees will attend the following events during the American Library Association (ALA) Annual Conference in New Orleans, Louisiana, June 23-28, 2011. Events are presented in chronological order.
Frederick Augustyn, US and Publisher Liaison Division, will serve as an editor for Cognotes throughout the Conference. Karl Debus-López, chief of the US General Division and acting chief of the US and Publisher Liaison Division, is president of FAFLRT, the Federal and Armed Forces Librarians Round Table. Roberta Stevens is the current President of the American Library Association.
